The Great Shift of an Astrological Age
All eyes have been on the Spring of 2025 for quite some time as Astrologers, Astronomers, Shamans, Healers and Guides have all been in tune with the intense astrological energies churning the cosmic oceans of change at this time… and March is perhaps the pivotal month of a poetic and pivotal year everyone will remember. A great number of stars and planets have been gathering in Pisces and more are joining very soon, bringing the total number of cosmic beings invited to this celebration to 7 by the end of the month.. all in Pisces.
Pisces is the energy of transcendence. As the 12th and last sign of the zodiac, Pisces represents endings, letting go and ultimately the transcendence of the material plane. Pisces represents the deep waters of the Earth, and as such, the subconscious and shadow aspects in each of us. We are in a time of deep shadow work ~ individually and collectively, that which has been hidden, repressed and suppressed for far too long, is rising to the surface for revelation and realization. Each will experience this event in their own unique way as parts of ourselves that have remained hidden from the conscious self are brought up for integration and healing. There is nothing to fear. Healing is the process of becoming more whole and though sometimes a challenging process, like giving birth to child, the result is a more evolved and holistic understanding of who we are and why we are here.
Collectively the ongoing disclosure of classified and secret information will continue to be revealed to the public. New discoveries will be made that will change the paradigms of what humanity believes to be real and true. Technological advances in all areas from space travel to medical innovations will take quantum leaps in development and astonish even the most open-minded and informed souls. As unsettling as these times may feel, it is, without a doubt, an extraordinary time to be alive on Earth as we stand now, not even on the brink, but in the great midst of evolutionary transformation.
Planets & Stars in Pisces..
Each of the planets represent an aspect of our consciousness and in Pisces, the parts we don’t always acknowledge are the parts coming to the surface. Therefore, each of the planets and what they represent need to be considered to reveal what kind of impact current astrological events may have in each of our lives. Not because the planets do anything to us, but because they are the macrocosmic solar system which reflects the microcosmic solar (chakra) system within each of us. Knowing which house Pisces sits in one’s birth chart is the information necessary to determine which areas of one’s life are most impacted and how to prepare, but if you are in tune with your self you may already be aware of the changes that coming for you.
Every ending is a new beginning, but that doesn’t mean it always feels good to end it. Change, especially when sudden, can be scary and disorienting. The intensity of current political and social climates has many people feeling uneasy and for good reason, but it’s important to remember that the insanity itself speaks to the corruption that has allowed us to be here now. Ultimately sides don’t matter when the game is rigged and broken, which is why it’s time for the whole system to change.. and change it will. Like a giant tree that has been struck by lightening and is dead on the inside but appears to still stand, all it takes is the perfect storm to knock it down. This seems to me to be an appropriate analogy for many of humanity’s current institutions of political, military, financial, medical, religious and educational control.
At the moment of this writing Neptune, Venus, Mercury, Sun and Rahu are in Pisces. By the end of the month, Saturn and the Moon will move into Pisces as well. The March 29th New Moon and Solar Eclipse will take place in Pisces, which many consider to be the peak of this confluence of energies, a death and rebirth of cosmic energies. This gathering of planets and Sun in Pisces is significant of many different and important changes happening at this time. It marks the ending of great eras and the beginning of a new time Earth, which when deeply understood, is indeed cause for celebration.
The End of a Piscean Age..
The fact that this confluence of energies is happening in Pisces is, of course, no accident as this marks the end of the aprox. 2200 year Piscean Age and the start of the Aquarian Age on Earth. Though interpretations vary, these Astrological Ages are defined by the Earth’s axis of rotation (precession of equinoxes). This is a real and scientifically trackable motion of the Earth that causes the positions of the equinoxes (and therefore the zodiacal signs) to slowly shift over time (aprox 1º every 72 years).
The Ages of Aquarius begins when the vernal equinox point moves from its alignment with the constellation of Pisces to its alignment with the constellation Aquarius. This is a gradual process which is why there is no “exact date”, but the process is reflected in human consciousness and there are many events which reflect the precession of Earth into Aquarius.
These great Astrological ages of time, as defined by the cosmos, represent one of the many cycles of time that exist, like nested wooden dolls, within greater and greater cycles of time, ad infinitum ~ each with their own cycles of creation, sustenance and destruction, each with their own purpose and significance. The length of time is approximate because there is some overlap in the progression. It is not like “flipping a switch” and yet, there are events which act like markers along the way and have been traced back in Vedic wisdom teachings (and many others) far beyond modern, recorded history.
Spiritually, the 2200 year Piscean Age was defined predominantly by a human consciousness that sought God externally, as a projection of man ~ essentially through belief either in religious dogma, materialistic attainment, or both. God, as an idea projected by the human ego into the form of a man, the celestial (but judgemental) Father, and as something one must have faith in first and experience later after death and judgment; however, ancient wisdom teaches us that this is not “the God” of every great Astrological Age on Earth. It is just one version of God created by humanity out of a particular time on Earth as a result of certain events, dogmas and patriarchal powers in control of religious teachings and institutions. However, for those who could not find faith in religious dogma, solace could be found instead (or as well) through the intoxicating material pleasures of the Earthly plane. Either way, the theme of humanity going outside themselves in search of something greater than self has been the result of an era defined by the energy of “I believe”.
Therefore, it is not surprising that belief was co-opted into two opposing sides ~ the good and bad, the right and wrong, the light and dark, the woman and man all seen as opposites vying for dominance over the other. The Piscean Age was an age defined in many ways by insatiable desires, control by fear and competition over cooperation. Even the symbol for Pisces as the fish, split in half and swimming in opposite directions represents the consciousness of an era that defined reality in dualistic terms. Thankfully, however, there were a few scientific discoveries and enlightened beings who realized that “opposites” are nothing but points on a spectrum of infinite possibilities, which is perhaps why ancient Spiritual teachings such as Advaita Vedanta (Non-Dualism), sparks so much intrigue and insight for humanity’s evolution.
Of course everyone has the right to believe what they will, and so it is, but it would be nearly impossible for anyone alive today to argue against the rapid pace of change in the world at this time. AI, space travel, quantum physics, frequency healing, discoveries of ancient, pre-flood civilizations, cosmic disclosure, gender fluidity, crypto currencies, advanced, non-invasive medical innovations and so much more are just the tip of the iceberg as each one of these represents a paradigm shift in reality as we have known it to be. This is much to do with the change in Yuga cycles, as explained in Vedic Wisdom - more on that below, but first, Aquarius…
The Age of Aquarius..
The Age of Aquarius which we are “officially” moving more into this year, sees us progressing into an era defined by the energy of “I know”. Not in an egotistical sense, but in the way of deep, inner knowing which is only ever made available to us through our own experience ~ by going within to discover the All That Is - God, Source, True Self, Unity Consciousness, the Universe, Energy, Intuition, Pure Love - even the terms we use to describe the All That Is have expanded beyond the once singular use of the word God to express a higher consciousness. As a species that has grown more and more in touch with our true nature and the immeasurable power of pure love, we are rapidly outgrowing our generational dogma and belief in a tyrannical, judgmental, condemning God. Although there still exist more than 4000 religions around the world, each preaching “the only way”, deviating from which results in endless suffering and even burning in the eternal “fires of hell”, the number of people ascribing to them have been rapidly declining amidst a global Spiritual revolution from within.
Aquarius is perhaps the most unconventional, and even rebellious, sign of the zodiac. Aquarius is represented by the water-bearer, pouring water from a vessel into consciousness. Most of the Earth is water and while it can be stormy, deep and extremely powerful, it is also clarity. As the Tao Te Ching teaches, water finds its way where nothing else will. Water seeps into the cracks and crevices, it clears the channels and provides life."The supreme good is like water. It nourishes all things without trying to. It is content with the low places that people disdain. Thus, it is like the Tao.” Not only will water find its way effortlessly into the darkest places (the subconscious), but it will wear away the hardest rock with its embrace. "Nothing in the world is softer and weaker than water. Yet, to attack the hard and strong, nothing surpasses it. Nothing can take its place. The weak overcomes the strong. The soft overcomes the hard.”
The human being is around 70% water (even our bones are 30% water), and without clean water, the body cannot sustain itself very long. It has been proven by Dr Masuro Emote and others, that water responds to energy by changing its form at the molecular level in response to the energy transmitted. It has even been suggested by many great souls that water has memory.
One could say that in the age of Pisces, man was like a fish in search of water. When one is born into abundance, it is easy to forget and take it for granted. Earth is abundance. The many issues we face as a humanity are not due to a lack of resources and provisions on Earth - rather, the 600+ children who die from starvation every hour on Earth, for example, are not the result of a lack of food, but rather the tragic result of ignorance and greed. As a collective consciousness that is still evolving and maturing, we have allowed ourselves to be ruled and controlled by powers who put profit before people and are openly uninterested in the greater good. However, Aquarius represents the power of the people, the pot, like the human body, is a vessel and it contains consciousness and life force in the flow of water. Aquarius pours water into the cracks and crevices of our consciousness that desperately need cleansing and illumination. The cracks are, after all, where the light gets in…
The energies are shifting, consciousness is expanding and the necessary cosmic forces of change appear to be creating the “perfect storms” that will serve to knock down any and all giant trees that are rotted at their core. It’s not going to happen overnight and no where here have I meant to suggest that it will all be easy and simple, but the Astrology, the math, logic and intuition, suggest its inevitability. Spiritual revolution is the evolution of consciousness and as such, humanity. Many homo sapiens will be shocked by the next stage of our evolution as the galaxy awaits our maturation through this tumultuous adolescent stage and I believe Astrology, as one of the most ancient Sciences on Earth, offers many insights into our purpose here on Earth.
The Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent being of everything is the energy that is everything. Nataraj - the the Divine Cosmic Dancing Shiva represents this primordial energy of existence as Source, a HUGE statue of which is found at CERN, the European Center for Research in Particle Physics in Geneva, Switzerland. Even Science, in search of the God particle, seems finally to agree that energy is the true nature of reality and, when religious projections are removed from Vedic teachings, the scientific understanding of this ancient wisdom is felt clear. Energy, which like the ever-vibrating atom itself, does not entropy, does not die and cannot be destroyed.. energy can only ever be transmuted and transformed… ever evolving, ever expanding, acausal, as consciousness. Creation, Sustenance, Destruction ~ Brahma & Saraswati, Vishnu & Lakshmi, Shiva & Shakti ~ death & rebirth up the cosmic spiral of evolution.
The international best-selling, renowned Author of The Tao of Physics and Physicist, Fritjof Capra, explained that “Modern physics has shown that the rhythm of creation and destruction is not only manifest in the turn of the seasons and in the birth and death of all living creatures, but is also the very essence of inorganic matter,” and that “For the modern physicists, then, Shiva’s dance is the dance of subatomic matter.”
The End of Kali Yuga..
In the Vedic Sciences we have the Yugas ~ the great eras of time that define and explain the aprox 26,000 year cycle of time on Earth, which is the result of how long it takes the Earth, within the solar system, to complete a rotation around the central Sun, or core of the galaxy to which the constellation of Sagittarius points. The precession, the gradual rotation of the Earth’s axis, of the equinoxes is the period of time that it takes the Earth’s axis to travel through one sign of the zodiac. It takes Earth 72 years to pass through one degree of the zodiac and 25,920 years to complete one full cycle of 360 degrees through the entire zodiac.
Each sign has “an era”, as described above, the aprox 2500 year period of time where Earth is moving through that energy / sign of the zodiac. We are right now experiencing the shift from Pisces to Aquarius, as well as the shift from Kali Yuga to Dwapara Yuga. These are, without any doubt, a time of intense change on Earth. It is a churning of the cosmic oceans. Those who resist this change will have an increasingly difficult time even with the simplest of tasks. Going with the flow is, for the time being at least, more like going with the rapids… the time to let go and let God is truly now, but God is not here to judge anyone. Instead God is here to guide, from within each and everyone of us, God is you.
One half of the full great cycle takes 12,960 years and covers the four yugas. Satya Yuga (The Golden Age) lasts 5184 years and is when Earth and our solar system is closest to the central Sun / Star of the galaxy. Treta Yuga lasts 3888 years (The Silver Age). Dwapara Yuga lasts 2592 years (The Bronze Age). Kali Yuga lasts 1296 years (The Dark Ages). When we get to the “end” of a Kali or Satya Yuga, another one begins and we slowly make our way into the next and then cross over with the following, which for us has been the Dwarpara Yuga, defined by rapid advances in technologies of all kinds, rapid travel and space travel, enhancements in quality of life, non-invasive, supportive medical treatments, loving connection with all creatures, taking care of the Earth and each other, community, Spirituality instead of religion, increased telepathy and other clair-senses, and eventually, as we are seeing, the development of AI and our inevitable evolution as a conscious, galactic species. We are going beyond all that we have ever known and it is happening very, very rapidly. In fact, blink and you might just miss it.
