We are remembering what it means to be consciously human. As our consciousness expands, our awareness learns to embrace new layers and dimensions of existence. When we tune into the subtler layers of reality, such as our breath, for example, we move our consciousness out of the dense, physical form of matter and thought, and into space…
Space is infinite.. space holds ALL possibilities..all dimensions & frequency.. space holds the "unknown"... space holds energy.. in fact, space holds these words together and makes them legible.
"SPACE" is everything but empty.

Everything is energy. Everything vibrates. The universe is harmonic in nature in infinite tones & frequencies. Even on Earth there are sounds that animals hear, which humans do not. There are songs plants and trees sing but only some have chosen to tune into them. There are universal tones & songs that sing reality into existence. Who are we to assume that just because we aren't tuned in (yet), to an inter-dimensional frequency, that it doesn't exist?
When did we become so trapped by our own "scientific" views of reality that we forgot the purpose of science is, has and always will to be to expand beyond the known ~ not to be bent and twisted to validate very old and dying paradigms on a planet who is herself ascending and happy to take with her those who wish to evolve... to stop treating her majestic beauty, abundance and nature purely like a resource to be raped, pillaged and poisoned in order to service an insatiable lust for power… Gaia is taking with her those who wish to live in harmonic, vibrational resonance with Creation ~ She is already aware and her song has been one of patience and pure love, but as this planet we call “home” travels through the galaxy, moving closer to the Galactic Centre, every living being who exists here is affected by these cosmic, energetic shifts and we humans, are no exception.
Life is not a transaction with the earth. This "low level" of consciousness separates humanity from Nature, birthing the belief that "man must conquer nature" rather than harmonize with it as the reflection of Self that it is.
Life - a relationship with every moment of existence, which on earth we have sorely missed for far too long. We need not look further than the common level of cognitive dissonance that exists in a society deemed "sick" a long time ago by those who could sense the deep disconnect between humanity and soul. Humanity has been befuddled by its purpose on earth.. many of us have often thought "the gods must be crazy" when we read “the news".. many of us have begged the gods for help, offering our lives in sacrifice to a heavenly power greater than us without realizing that HEAVEN is a state of consciousness ~ a dimension of energy ~ that we ALL have the power to channel into this physical realm. However, the longer we deny this inherent, Divine power of consciousness we all possess within and defer to the ego to tell us what to think and do, the harder life becomes... it has often made me wonder, if our desire to "play it safe" inevitably creates bigger challenges to ultimately kick us back into alignment with soul when we need it most?…
ETERNAL SOUL
Soul didn't come here to "play it safe". Soul knows there’s nothing to fear. Soul knows its eternal nature. Souls came here to experience a relationship with Earth and all her children ~ consciousness evolving in co-creation. Many souls are waiting for their chance to incarnate on Earth for within the galaxy and the universe, Gaia is truly a special and wondrous soul journey... her unconditional love resonates throughout the entire world and into everyone. She is intimately connected to each and every one of her children, for as it is with all Mothers, we are born of her body and forever a part of her. Pachamamma who loves unconditionally and is consistently and constantly providing everything we as humans truly need ~ everything. Each soul who incarnates into a human body is embodied because Gaia said, “yes”. Alas… we forget when we choose to embody and can spend a lifetime or several remembering who we are in truth, and what it is we truly, actually need. Until and unless we drop the body in physical death with conscious, awakened, enlightened awareness, we forget again. However, there is no measuring stick to judge how far we’ve come ~ all is Divine and as it’s always meant to be ~ what have we learned? how have we grown? what karma? dharma? As with all perspectives of Divine Intelligence, it sees and knows everything because it is everything..so, therefore, it’s pretty holistic picture that the Divine sees, always and in all ways.
Gaia is a miracle and we are gifted within and without by her love in creation ~ we have the power to create the most beautiful and miraculous world if we choose. We are the co-creators of this realm, for if the light of our true beings didn’t come to animate, breathe, dance, sing, make love in these bodies, then they would have no reason to exist ~ there always has to be Shiva & Shakti, Purusha & Prakrit, Light & Dark for there to be life on Earth and in the cosmos as we know it to be, for this is all, ultimately a divine dance of light ~ quantum physics has even shown us this ~ infinite space held by eternal time to give the incarnated one the illusion that there is an "end" to this journey.. each and every thought a gravity well that creates this experience.
Yes, there is an "end" to the physical incarnation, for that is the Divine nature of the physical form of matter…even though it appears “solid”, as known by Sages and Seers, and even proven by quantum physics, all matter is mostly space. At the most microscopic level, we are a bunch of atoms dancing the divine dance of polarity, consciousness projecting through the physical, creating “form” and the illusion of permanence…
I get it. Life is so beautiful here on Earth that it’s quite easy to understand how humans get attached. Personally I’m still getting over the fact that my babies are now adults because it’s perfect and they’re amazing and this is the journey, but the human emotions attached to every childhood step along our journeys create these incredible soul lessons of this amazingly shocking and freakin beautiful soul journey called Earth… I don’t believe we are not meant to get attached because that is part of the experience of being human, but I also realize that we are meant to awaken to our true, eternal nature as cosmic beings of light and that when we do, we can’t possibly take life for granted anymore. It all passes in “the blink of an eye”… So while we may be attached through our deep and profound love for people, animals and Earth herself, we aren’t trapped by the painful illusion that when a body drops it means the end of that love. As conscious humans we may come to realize that while the body may drop, our consciousness continues - IT doesn’t go any where…
However slowly things might seem to evolve, within the natural order of the physical realm, the natural cycle of “death & decay” which creates fertile soil for new growth, expansion and evolution beyond the previous experience…. Eventually we remember that “death and birth” are third dimensional perspectives. From a soul level there is only rebirth and rebirth. We release the physical only to take on a new form with our energy, soul, consciousness…this lifetime just one of many previous, future and concurrent lifetimes… our souls so much greater than most humans dare to know..
As souls we chose to be here. As humans we sometimes have a hard time believing that but that is why we have each other… we are not victims of circumstance but rather volunteers on an epic journey.
These “higher” / expanded states of consciousness, when discovered, perhaps through breathwork, meditation, plant medicines, prayer, nature or times of crisis, give us the opportunity to drop all judgment and surrender to a process… unravelling from within we open up to something anew… LIFE is always happening through us and for us.
CONSCIOUSLY HUMAN
We are remembering what it means to be consciously human.. becoming aware and present, consciousness has been steadily rising on this planet and it is calling in “a new earth” ~ the reflection of humanity’s shift in consciousness into the multidimensional nature of reality will reveal the Heaven that has always existed here… somehow, humanity could just not see it yet…
No one can tell you what to do with your sacred journey, though they will try… they are reflections of our individual and collective states of consciousness.. our current collective reflection is directly revealing the unconscious ways humanity has used their power to create on this planet…
Breathing consciousness into the physical with soul purpose we are able to connect to Earth, our intuition, angelic guides and our galactic lineages… the broader the perspective, the greater the balance for the waves that once engulfed us appear as tiny ripples along the surface of the ocean of consciousness..

I am so often amazed by the power of even one deep, conscious breath to rebalance my systems and expand my perspective ~ a breathwork practice can take you into a completely different (altered) state of consciousness - a very AWAKE state ~ one becomes relaxed, yet aware of an expanded reality.. sensations can be overwhelming at first but if we allow ourselves to remain curious, rather than afraid of the unknown, we have the opportunity to discover an expanded state of consciousness and a greater context for our lives. It is for all these reasons and more that ancient Himalayan Kriya Yoga practices focus on connecting us with the breath through pranayama.
In greater states of awareness we may become the witness of our adventure rather than the one who is always caught up in the drama…from an expanded perspective everything is connected and we may observe this and learn the reasons for our ups and downs, breaking cycles and embodying a sense of balance in soul purpose.

In yogic philosophy, or Advaita Vedanta (directly translated as “not two” and commonly translated as “non-dualism”), we learn that the fifth sacred element is ether, or space. The element which holds all others in harmony and coexistence for within that beautiful space exists an energy, a cosmic force within an infinite field of possibility, seeking to go beyond the known, realizing the boundless realms of infinite potential in the exploration of the unknown… a force so powerful it creates Life.
Life is always evolving and humanity is transforming… as we let go of fear and trust in knowing, rather than believing, we not only embrace but embody and live the knowing of our eternal nature… and then we may truly begin to live as consciously embodied beings of the great, eternal Divine Source embracing and fully, brilliantly aware of this cosmic dance.
